Service Description

Mr. Friske offers expert, personalized college admissions advising, drawing on his training in UCLA College Counseling and his experience in a nationally ranked high school advising office. He works closely with students and families to guide them through every stage of the college admissions process, from early academic planning in middle school to final application submission in senior year. His services include one-on-one advising, essay coaching with multiple rounds of edits, and mock interviews informed by his experience as a graduate school interviewer. Mr. Friske also helps students build strategic application narratives and secure strong letters of recommendation. He curates personalized, data-driven college lists that align with each student’s goals, academic profile, and values. In addition, he provides AP® and admissions test prep, as well as mentorship for students pursuing research, internships, or thesis projects. For students facing academic or personal challenges, Mr. Friske offers compassionate and strategic guidance to help them navigate setbacks and reframe their stories. Through every step of the journey, Mr. Friske ensures each student feels confident, supported, and ready to succeed.


Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for In-Person Undergraduate / Graduate Advising Sessions 1. Acceptance of Terms By scheduling sessions with Zachary Friske (the "Consultant") of Cambridge Letters, LLC, located at 700 E. Southlake Blvd Ste 180, Southlake, Texas, the Client accepts these Terms. 2. Services Offered Consultant provides personalized admissions advising including strategy, essays, college lists, interviews, test prep, mentorship, and crisis counseling. 3. Consultant Responsibilities Sessions occur at Consultant’s office or via Zoom. Consultant maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards but does not guarantee admissions. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must arrive prepared, provide accurate information, respect the Consultant, and acknowledge responsibility for admissions outcomes. 5. Scheduling and Cancellations Sessions require advance scheduling and 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed sessions may be rescheduled once within 30 days at Consultant’s discretion. 6. Payment and Refunds Payments must be made in advance; refunds for unused sessions are subject to fees. Completed or missed sessions are nonrefundable. 7. Disputes and Governance Disputes will be negotiated, mediated, or arbitrated in Tarrant County, Texas, governed by Texas law. Modifications to these terms require written agreement.
