Available spots
Service Description
The AP Biology Rapid Review Course for Fall 2025 offers students a structured, high-impact way to prepare for the AP Biology Exam through consistent, expert-led practice and review. Sessions are held every Sunday from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM starting 2 November 2025 and are available in three flexible formats: in-person, live via Zoom, or on-demand via recording. Each session is focused on high-yield AP Biology multiple-choice questions paired with a thorough breakdown of the underlying course content. This dual approach ensures that students not only practice the question formats they will encounter on the AP Exam but also deepen their understanding of the biological principles behind them. To strengthen free-response skills, up to two Free Response Questions are provided at the end of each session for students to complete at home. These are graded by Mr. Friske and returned with feedback at the beginning of the following week’s session, giving students actionable insights to improve both content mastery and exam-writing technique. The program’s format is inspired by evidence-based learning strategies from medical education. A published study on predictors of success for medical students taking their board exams found that frequent, high-quality practice questions reviewed with a subject matter expert strongly correlated with higher performance. This proven approach directly applies to AP Biology - students who consistently engage in weekly, structured test practice perform better on the May AP Biology Exam and in their classroom coursework. [Citation: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8368851/] Tuition is $45 per week, which includes the live/recorded lecture, practice materials, and personalized FRQ grading outside of class time. Tuition is charged monthly at the beginning of each month.
